A customer may cancel a booking before it is completed.
The booking may generally be cancelled without any cancellation charge.
The customer may cancel the booking.

Ride and Parcel may cancel a booking when:
No rider is available.

Fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
The booking violates applicable laws or platform policies.
The requested parcel contains prohibited or restricted items.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, may depend on:
Time elapsed after booking confirmation.

Distance already traveled by the rider.
