All bookings are subject to rider availability and operational conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and destination addresses.

Ensure that the sender or recipient is available when required.

Treat riders with courtesy and respect.

Pay applicable charges for completed bookings.

Comply with all applicable laws while using the platform.

6. Parcel Restrictions

Customers must not book or send parcels containing:

Explosives or hazardous materials.

Firearms or ammunition where prohibited by law.

Narcotics or controlled substances without legal authorization.

Stolen property.

Counterfeit goods.

Live animals unless expressly permitted by the platform.

Any item prohibited by applicable law.

Ride and Parcel reserves the right to refuse, inspect where legally permitted, or cancel bookings involving prohibited items.

7. Payments

Customers may pay using available payment methods, including:

Online Payment

Wallet Balance (if supported)

Applicable service charges, taxes, and other fees will be displayed before booking confirmation where reasonably possible.

8. Cancellation

Customers may cancel bookings according to the Ride and Parcel Cancellation Policy.

9. Refunds

Violation of this Agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ride and Parcel is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

Traffic congestion.

Weather conditions.

Road closures.

Government restrictions.

Events beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

14. Privacy

Your use of Ride and Parcel is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

15. Changes to This Agreement

Ride and Parcel may revise these Customer Terms & Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

16. Governing Law
