Customer means a person who books a ride or parcel delivery through the platform.
Rider means a registered and approved delivery partner who provides ride or parcel delivery services through the platform.
Admin includes Super Admin and Branch Admin authorized to manage platform operations.
Booking refers to any ride or parcel request placed through the platform.
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Customers may register directly through the platform using valid personal information.
Riders must:
Provide accurate personal details.
Submit valid identity and vehicle documents where required.
Complete the registration process.
A rider account will remain Pending until it has been reviewed and approved by the administrator. Registration alone does not guarantee approval.
Users are responsible for:
Keeping their password secure.
Not sharing login credentials with others.
Immediately reporting unauthorized access to their account.
The Company is not responsible for losses caused by failure to protect account credentials.
Customers may use the platform to:
Book rides.
Schedule parcel deliveries.
View booking history.
Track booking status.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reject bookings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Riders agree to:
Maintain valid driving and vehicle documents.
Follow all applicable traffic laws.
Provide courteous and professional service.
Keep vehicle information up to date if permitted by the platform.
Complete accepted bookings responsibly.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the rider account.
Payments may be made using supported payment methods, including:
Online Payment
Cash (where available)
Wallet Balance (if supported)
Applicable charges, service fees, taxes, or cancellation fees will be displayed where appropriate before confirming a booking.
Customers and riders may cancel bookings according to the platform's cancellation policy.
The Company may apply cancellation fees or other consequences based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
If the platform provides a wallet feature:
Wallet balances may only be used according to platform rules.
Wallet transactions are recorded for audit purposes.
The Company may restrict or suspend wallet usage in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
Users must not:
Provide false information.
Impersonate another person.
Misuse the platform.
Attempt unauthorized access to the system.
Upload malicious software or harmful content.
Engage in fraudulent bookings or payments.
Use the platform for unlawful activities.
The Company may suspend or terminate any account for reasons including:

Abuse of customers, riders, or staff.
Repeated policy violations.

Service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
